General Specialty Theater Classes Ages 9-16 MAX 15 Students
Characterization, 12 weeks/ 1 class per week: Do you understand what is needed to portray a truly honest emotional and physical character on stage? This class will teach you a tried-and-true method to approaching a role that will manifest itself in a more magnetic performance onstage. Using the Stanislavsky system, you will learn how to touch an audience by transforming your voice, face, and body into that of a specific character.
Introduction to Theater Dance, 12 weeks/ 1 class per week: A class specializing in the basic movements used in a Musical Theater setting. Introduction to Theater Dance aims to better prepare students for performance on stage. In this class students will not only learn rudimentary movements, but also how these moves fit into a show where singing and acting are required, and most importantly, how to perform while dancing.
Music Theater Acting, 12 weeks/ 1 class per week: To act while singing and dancing, a performer needs different skills than when acting in straight theater. This course will teach young actors how to approach a song as if it were a monologue, as well as how to perform while singing and/or dancing without looking (or feeling) silly!

General Specialty Vocal Classes Ages 9-16 MAX 15 Students
Voice-Music Theater Emphasis, 12 weeks/ 1 class per week: Are you ready for Broadway? If so, then this is the class for you! This class will journey through years of Award Winning Broadway Shows so that students will be singing their hearts out to some contemporary favorites such as Mama Mia, Wicked, RENT, and Hair Spray. These rising stars will be Broadway Bound in no time!
