Stage Performance Workshop So you have a great voice and love to perform! The Stage Performance Workshop will teach you how to take your performance to the next level! In this intensive workshop you will learn performing techniques that will catapult you from an ordinary performer to an extraordinary performer! We will explore such subjects as song selection, connecting with your audience from the stage, communicating a song’s message, dealing with anxiety, how to emotionally move your audience and much more!  Participants will work individually and in a group setting with veteran performer and recording artist Victor Lopez. The workshop will conclude with a group number and solo performance from all participants for family and friends to enjoy! After all, all roads lead to the stage!

Audition Techniques Workshop The Auditioning Technique Workshop is a great tool for young performers (age 10-17) who are looking to refine and enhance their audition experience. Focused on Music Theater auditions, this workshop will walk participants through the steps of preparing for an audition as well as how to deal with a variety of audition experiences. Participants will go through practical exercises to demonstrate proper auditioning etiquette, how to handle cold readings, preparing for and executing a great vocal audition, and dealing with dance auditions – no matter how much training you have! The entire day will culminate in a final “MOCK Audition” at which we will adjudicate every student and assess individual strengths and weaknesses. This way every participant should feel better prepared and more confident when it’s time to face their next audition!
