We Know The Business Of Education: As educators, we understand the expense involved in educating each student. It is common that for private and parochial schools, tuition only covers approximately 70% of most annual budgets, thus, leaving schools to rely on donations and fundraisers to balance the budget. We give you just one more way to cut expenses by offering cost effective performing arts programs that are quickly becoming obsolete and non existent in our schools due to lack of funding. Out sourcing this valuable part of a well-rounded education will yield these benefits:
- Guaranteed superb performing arts education at a fraction of the cost of hiring an employee
- Because our instructors are our employees, we assume such cost as liability insurance, workman’s comp insurance, payroll cost, and any additional overhead associated with an employee.
- We add each of our contracted schools as an “additional insured” on our liability policy for the duration of our time at your school or facility.

Each group would receive 30 one-hour classes of Public Speaking.
Class/Course Age Groups:
- We take extra care to insure that all classes are age appropriate. To this end we require that all classes be in the specific grade level groups as indicated on the Request Form. For example, if you indicate that the class is for 2-3 graders, then only these grades should be allowed to participate in the class. This helps us to tailor our curriculum to specific age groups so that each student is receiving the maximum benefit of the class.
Class/Course Maximums & Minimums:
- We recommend that each class have a minimum of 8 students. This will create a great class dynamic and allow students to participate in interactive discussions and activities with their peers.
- We must strictly adhere to our maximum class capacity for the sake of each student and the instructor. If you find you have more students interested in a class, we will recommend that you request another session of the class.
The Process:
- Review all of our available courses and decide which ones you are interested in.
- Complete and submit an Extended Enrichment Program Request Form for each of the classes/programs you are interested. You may include up to 3 classes/courses per request form.
- When we receive your Request Form, we will review your request and match this with the availability of the class and the instructor.
- When we have confirmed that we can provide the class based on your request, we will contact you and issue you a contract and finalize your request.
- If we can’t supply a class/course with your specifications as indicated on your Request Form, we will contact you with other options.
- You will need to sign and return the contract with your deposit and/or required payment.
- We show up and show out! You will be well pleased!
