Heather ClemmonsHEATHER CLEMMONS - Piano & Vocal Instructor

Heather Clemmons brings with her ten years of piano study, six years of vocal training, and six years of private viola and flute study. She spent three years studying under Victor Lopez and Carmen Zabala at Lopez Studios, before pursuing her degree in vocal performance at the Biola Conservatory of Music in La Mirada, California. While there she studied with Dr. William Lock, Dr. Hyunjoo Lee, and the talented Eugene Brancoveanu (a lead from Baz Luhrmann’s La Boheme). She also served as Music Director of two past LYPAC Productions: Once on This Island Jr. and Honk Jr.

Heather has assisted several musical productions in both musical direction and accompanist including You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, The Wizard of Wonderland, The Truth about Cinderella, and Beauty and the Beast. She has also worked at Lopez Studios’ drama camps for the past five years as both an assistant and lead instructor. Heather has performed in the opera ensemble of Don Giovanni, and also landed the lead role of Miss Todd from the opera The Old Maid and the Thief.
