Overview:
If BROADWAY is your goal, then this is the camp for you! Campers will be grouped by age and circulate through 3 dynamic sessions of Acting, Singing, and Dancing! Campers will also participate in several “specialty” classes such as Improvisation, Theater Games, Voice, and Theater Dance, all in preparation for the Cabaret Performance on the last day of camp! Campers will also enjoy an off-site professional theater performance at the Imagination Stage Theater to enhance their overall camp experience! Each camp session will uniquely focus on different themes so that both sessions may be attended if desired.

Our “FLAGSHIP” Camp! Campers will experience a well rounded view of music while exploring piano, rhythm instruments, movement, specialty classes, a mini musical, and music appreciation. Campers will also enjoy an on-site professional performance to enhance their overall camp experience! Campers will present their own “live music demo” that is sure to impress all music lovers! Each camp session will uniquely focus on different themes so that both sessions may be attended if desired.

Overview:
A one-week camp session dedicated to saturating teens in the art of straight theater, this camp is geared towards actors who desire an intense theater experience! We will put up several short plays in only ONE WEEK, culminating in an exciting performance for friends and family. Campers will spend an extended camp day learning the specifics an actor needs to create a character, having fun with improvisation, putting on a full professional show, and much more! If you are a teen who is serious about theater and would love to bring your performance to the NEXT LEVEL, then this camp is for you! |

Overview:
40 Campers From The Metro Area Will Be Selected By Audition For An Opportunity To Work With A Full Faculty Of Seasoned Broadway Actors, Performance Coaches, Producers, Agents, and Casting Directors!
The “Making It On Broadway Camp” is a week long intensive camp brought to Northern Virginia from the heart of New York City! 40 campers will have the once in a lifetime opportunity to work with top Broadway professionals from every aspect of the business. These include choreographers, actors, fight directors, voice over artists, casting directors, music directors, composers, agents and producers, among others. Classes will focus on individual and group instruction. Every camper will also have the opportunity to audition for these professionals multiple times throughout the week and receive valuable feedback. Get ready for a fun and intensive week with a glimpse of the life of the Broadway community.

Overview:
No matter how breathtaking a landscape or incredible the special effects in a film, audiences invest in films because of their connection to actors and their struggles on the screen! Our Film Acting Teen Intensive Camp offers an intense one-week acting camp that will give teens an understanding of the rigorous requirements of the film actor. Campers will develop the techniques and confidence they need to create believable performances for the camera while also learning a series of camera exercises to prepare them for their film acting debut. Campers will be shooting on state of the art digital technology that will be edited on nonlinear digital systems to achieve a slick and professional look. This dynamic camp will conclude with an “Evening at the Movies” where campers and parents will view a movie of students’ work compiled over the week. All campers will receive a copy of this work on DVD after this final showing as a reminder of their stellar work at the camp! |

8 Week Private Sessions of Piano, Voice, and Acting will be offered during the summer with the flexibility of selecting a minimum of 3 of the 8 weeks offered. You pick the weeks! This program is perfect for our returning students who desire to keep their skills sharp as well as for new students who would like to begin lessons over the summer while having the flexibility of creating their own schedule!
